They tried to do an alignment and sheared off the bolt holding the bushing in place. They told me - It's okay. The rust holds it in place. They didn't even try to fix it. Other things they've told me - it's okay if lug nuts are too tight. Also, they over-tightened the drain plug on the oil pan so much that I couldn't get it off with a cheater bar. We took it to a dealership after we took it to them. Just in case.

My appointment was at 7:30 AM. I didn't hear a thing from them all day so I called at 3:50 PM. They said the technician was finishing up. I walked over got there at 3:57. I didn't get my car until about 5PM. Something was going on. I kept hearing all kinds of noises (beating , banging and grinding) but was told they were topping off my fluids. There's just no way that's what they were doing. On top of that, why did it take all day?! Then I get there and it took another hour?! I got my fluids replaced and new spark plugs and it took that long? I was the last one even though my appointment was the first one? Makes no sense. I was given two free oil changes but honestly I will not use them. The guy at the front desk was nice but I was very annoyed at the situation and actually felt like I was being avoided because I was left alone in the waiting area pretty much the entire time so I couldn't express my frustrations. The technician did come into the waiting area and acted like he couldn't care less that I was waiting so long. Didn't even explain why it was taking so long other than topping off the fluids. Lie! I don't recommend this place.

Leetees Tire truly deserves all the stars. I pulled up with a flat tire right before closing, and instead of turning me away, John and his team immediately helped me out. They inspected everything carefully and found that my wheel was cracked. John helped me source a new wheel, tire and replaced it all as soon as it came. Truly the nicest and most genuine crew who actually care about their customers like Itβs their family. Best tire shop in Richmond, hands down!

This place is the best I have found for fixing my tire that was losing air. I made an appointment for 9am and I was l done before 10. It only cost 40 dollars and they even adjusted my headlight. The employee, John is on top of everything and a hard worker. I would definitely recommend this place over any tire shops I have been to.

Don't, Don't do it. Brought in my winter sets for a swap, gave them my months old car, with under 5k miles on it, and they ruined my wheels. There's scratches and scuffs on every wheel, there's gouges on 3 of them, along with paint damage. Unbelievable. I call them up, they take pics, give me a call and have the nerve to tell me, "this damage is inconsistent with our mounting machine" & "as you drive, your wheels weather" Really? At this rate, they'll dissolve before the end of the year. What an insult, just incredible. I was listening to his tone, dude didn't even believe what he was saying when he was telling me. I'm reeling from this phone call. I should have known, I had a red flag before on my last car when they did some unauthorized "recall repair" to the driver door, which then squeaked every time I opened it from then on.
